Monthly checks of limit switches, brakes, wire ropes, hooks, and pendant/remote functions. Quarterly lubrication, gearbox inspection, and rail bolt tightening. Semi-annual/annual insulation resistance testing, replacement of wear parts, and load safety testing. Provide a maintenance report after each service to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.

Combine theoretical training (machine structure, safety rules, daily inspection points) with hands-on practice (lifting, traversing, positioning, emergency handling). Train operators to perform daily checks, follow safe operating procedures, and identify common minor faults. Issue a certificate upon successful completion.
